Kasey Diba, the managing partner, has practiced law in good standing in the State of California for the last (11) eleven continuous years. Mr. Diba’s legal specialties lie in field of Business Litigation and Transaction, Real Estate, Family Law, Personal Injury, and Medical Malpractice .Mr. Diba started as a general practitioner who has gradually refined and limited his services to the above-mentioned areas of practice over the span of his career and solidified a unique niche of community ties to various ethnic groups in the greater Los Angeles Area who require the respective areas of practice above-referenced. Mr. Diba is general counsel and California counsel for several successful small businesses and corporate clients. Reynold E. Finnegan, partner, leads the immigration division of the firm which consists of (50%) of the practice. His level of compassion for the clients and his superior legal knowledge renders him the ideal attorney in all areas of immigration law. Mr. Finnegan is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and a member of the California State Bar in good standing. Mr. Finnegan’s representation in this field spans from removal proceedings before the Immigration Courts, to appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Finnegan also represents clients with visa processing for various non-immigrant and immigrant applications, ranging from individuals to companies that require their foreign nationals to work and live in the United States.
