Rey’s Blog – News Releases June 4, 2023

An 8-year-old girl has died in US ICE/CBP custody after she had a 104.9 degree fever and *allegedly* the medical nurse refused to order an ambulance to take her to the hospital. The nurse and ICE officials refused to listen to her mother and review the girl’s medical paperwork and prescriptions.

Mr. Finnegan & Finnegan & Diba stand with those demanding accountability as well as demanding that all migrants, especially children, will be processed and treated with human dignity in the future, and will be provided with proper medical healthcare.
